It’s a pc repair shop business from home. I’m a tenant and this is not my own house. What insurance cover is legally incumbent for me?

I wont have any employees at first. Also, does anyone have any general idea of how much they cost?

I’ve called up several companies, but they won’t really say what is legally binding, they want me to buy everything from them.

My son started his p.c. repair ,networking business from home and didn’t have any business insurance
Your home insurance should cover it as everything belongs to you anyway

The only insurance you might consider is Public Liability Insurance for any problems while you are on the premises or homes of customers

I want to start a business from home in the uk, something my wife can help with and will fit around my full time job. It needs to be low cost to start up and have low barriers to entry. But im stumped for ideas?

In general, any type of paid “crowdsourcing” is low barrier, low entry cost to start with.

has anybody found a legitimate work at home business, computer or otherwise?

I am looking to possibly start a small communications business from home. What I would like to know is what sort of licencing and tax status (I am a UK resident, but not a citizen) I need in order to do this, approximate costs and where to go to get things started.

Any help is appreciated.
